The Host Pass is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase and grants access for 12 months. Because it is delivered instantly, Host Pass sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted, except where a refund is required by law.
If you were charged in error (a duplicate or unauthorized charge), contact us at support@superbowlboxes.net within 14 days, or contact Whop support.
Squares are paid directly from player to host through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App or cash. Super Bowl Boxes is not a party to those payments and cannot refund them. Any refund of a square is between the player and the host — contact the host of that pool.
Chargebacks on Host Pass purchases are handled through Whop. We may suspend Host Pass access for an account involved in a disputed or reversed payment.
